Limited Access Records was launched in the year 2004. It is dedicated to release timeless rock and metal music performed by young and fresh bands rising up from the underground or great established acts which still have the spirit of the youth in their rockhearts! Artists on Limited Access Records are bands like legendary roadhogs THE HEARTBREAK MOTEL, the heavy rock monster EAT THE GUN, the highschool rockers WITHOUT WAX or the classic metal astonishment THE MYSTERY.
During the early time Limited Access Records released so different records of bands like EXOTHERM, DEVIATED PRESENCE, ADRENALINE KINGS and LAST MEN STANDING. Those records got nice reviews in the metal press allover Europe.
Than in the year 2007 we got the chance to release the new album "Handguns Make The Most Love" of one of Germany's impressive rock bands today - THE HEARTBREAK MOTEL. This band played 65 shows per year, played on great summerfestivals like Taubertal Open Air (MANDO DIAO, NEGATIVE, MUFF POTTER) or Big Day Out (BEATSTEAKS, DIE HAPPY) and supported acts from BEATSTEAKS, NADA SURF, THE BONES to BACKYARD BABIES and THE ANSWER.
The highlight for Limited Access Records was the release of PITCHBLACK "Designed To Dislike" in July 2007. In November 2007 the album won the title "Best debut of the year 2007" at the high-profiled "DANISH METAL AWARDS 2007 at Amager Bio, Copenhagen.
2008 started with three new bands DAVIDIAN, THE MYSTERY & TRUSTGAME. 2009 bands like EAT THE GUN, the well-known thrashers CONTRADICTION and the youngsters WITHOUT WAX followed with their releases on Limited Access Records. 2010 belongs to 4BACKWOODS and their power rock masterpiece "Be Different or Die" and in autumn Limited Access Records will release SPELLBOUND DAZZLE with their debut highlight "Unreal Fairy Tales"! Watch out for a modern and timeless piece of new rock and metal history!!
