4BACKWOODS pipes the new single on time at the Gamescom!

The new single "Supernova Day" will be released just in time for the 4BACKWOODS gigs at the Gamescom!!!

After the first single release „(I Just) Died In Your Arms Tonight“ of the 4BACKWOODS album „Be Different Or Die“, now the new single „Supernova Day“ will follow including the video clip. The date, which you should put a big red mark on the calender, is the 20th of august. Naturally there will be a funny making of clip besides the video. Exclusive for you the song „Luck Is A Slut“ on the digital single and also a music video, too, if you purchase the special edition.

On the weekend after the single release 4BACKWOODS will rock the Gamescom. Besides the mass of innovation of games 4BACKWOODS will show you the way to rock. Furthermore bands like Stanfour and Revolverheld will rock the Gamecom, too. So, don’t miss this event and we see you at the Gamescom…

Vote for 4BACKWOODS at the Berentzen songcontest!!!

The liqueur producer Berentzen organized a songcontest. All participating bands should play the Berentzen melody on the Berentzen mini whistle and must flute in the bottle till a noise is audible. To play different melodies the bottle must have different kind of liquer levels. The most fraught, the higher is the sound. If the bottles are filled that the sound is good, you must only take a piece of cellotape to build a whistle and now let's go. Cologne Rocks! - 4BACKWOODS rocks with!!!

The online voting for the music competition „Köln Rockt“ is finished. The jury composed of the EMI, Kölner Verbund, MusicStore, Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger together with musician Major Heuser did their decision.

Now 32 of 400 bands and solo artists which will play the first round and 4BACKWOODS is one of them. The concerts will take place from 16th of July to 30th of october in Cologne. There will be a challenge in each case between four bands. The record company EMI will produce a compilation for „Köln rockt!“ on which 4BACKWOODS and the other artists are presented with one song.

4BACKWOODS performance of the first round will be on the 6th of August at 9 p.m. at Spielplatz (Ubierring 58, 50678 Cologne). We hope to see you there and vote for 4BACKWOODS.
